Questions, answered

What counts as a household member?

Anyone you invite to your Kepter account — a spouse, adult family member, or child. You control exactly which modules each member can view or edit. People you merely keep records about (like a child's immunization records or a pet) don't need their own login and don't count toward the limit.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, anytime. Switching to annual takes effect at your next renewal and saves you two months per year.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. Before or after canceling you can export your records as PDF reports and download your documents. We retain your account data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Is there a discount for first responders or military?

Kepter was built by a career firefighter. If you serve — fire, EMS, law enforcement, or military — write to hello@kepter.tech and we'll take care of you.

Do I need both the web app and the iOS app?

No — they're the same account and the same data. Use whichever is in front of you; most households use the web app for big setup sessions and the iOS app day to day.
